Description
Heat pipe radiator is a new product produced by using heat pipe technology to make major improvements to many old radiators or heat exchange products and systems. There are two types of heat pipe radiators: natural cooling and forced air cooling. The thermal resistance of air-cooled heat pipe radiator can be made smaller, and it is often used in high-power power supplies.

Production process
Aluminum fins: Pressing the aluminum plate to a stacked fins by high speed stamping machine;
Heat pipe: Filling the copper power and water into the copper tube and sealing the two ends;
Aluminum base: Extrusion and CNC machining;
Heat sink assembly: combining the components together to the fixture and then put into the reflow oven for soldering.

The product of collector current and voltage either side of this quiescent state produces less power dissipation, so 45 W is the maximum power dissipation to consider. This value is used below to calculate the heat sink
How do I know what size heatsink to get?
Volumetric Thermal Resistance (Rv) – This equation and subsequent guidelines have been shown to closely estimate heat sink volume: V=(Q*Rv)/Delta T. The first step in using the chart below is to know the available airflow across the heat sink. As you know, the higher the airflow the smaller the heat sink.
